Your Event + Propagate

  • Semi Private are held during normal business hours. An area will be reserved for you, but we can not guarantee that other guests will be in your area. No outside food, drink, or entertainment is permitted. Minimal decor allowed on tables only.

    Additionally, we offer:
    • Self Serve Mimosa Bar (must pre-order)
    • Cocktail bar (during normal cocktail hours)
    • Grazing Boards (must pre-order)
    • The Propagate food and drink menu is available, however, availability of all offerings can not be guaranteed unless pre-ordered.

  • Private can be held during normal business hours or after-hours. An exclusive area will be reserved and blocked off for you. Outside food and entertainment is permitted. Decor allowed on tables and reserved area. A venue fee applies for private events.

    More details:
    Food: You may choose your own catering company or have us cater light bites for your event. Light bites include all the items on our menu in addition to extra pastries, tarts and quiche flavors we order on demand. We also do grazing boards and tables (must pre-order).

    Drinks: No outside drinks allowed.  However, we can provide a larger selection of beer, alcohol, and wine upon request (Must pre-order).

    Decor
    • Option 1 - You or your event planner may decorate the patio. Set up and breakdown are your responsibility.

    • Option 2 - PSH has an in-house event planner that can help with planning, decor, set up/break down, and menu planning - including custom cocktails). Additional fees may apply.

    Special Vendors and Entertainment:
    We have a list of vendors for all occasions you may choose to use. On occasion, these vendors may offer a discount to those holding their events at PSH. Please let us know what you’re interested in and we would be happy to make that referral. (Special vendors are paid separately by you. Unless you use PSH event planning services, PSH is not responsible for booking, paying or ensuring satisfaction for outside vendors of any kind. PSH does not get a commission for any vendor referral.)

    Plant decor and plant related party favors are available through PSH for an additional fee. 

    Deposit: A deposit of 50% of your total fee is required to hold the space.

Semi-Private: We look forward to helping you host your Semi-Private Event! Each of your pre-order items is listed in your invoice. No preorder items can be ordered on the day of. Please review your invoice and verify everything is accounted for before payment. If changes need to be made, please email us

A 50% deposit is required to hold your place. This deposit is refundable up to five business days before your event. For example, if your event is on Wednesday the 15th, your deposit is refundable if the event is canceled on Thursday the 9th of the week prior. If you cancel your event after five business days, your deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due five business days before your event date. If you do not pay the remaining 50% by the due date, your event will be canceled and your deposit non-refundable.

Private: The day of your event your preorder items will be available to you at the start of your event. Any additional items ordered by you or your guests will be served in the order the kitchen receives them. We DO NOT have the kitchen capacity to serve all orders at the same time as a traditional “sit down meal” service. You may decorate the tables we reserve for your party, but no other decorations are permitted. No additional outside food or drinks are permitted except for celebratory desserts, ie cupcakes, cake, etc. We reserve the amount of seating for your event based on your headcount. We will not be able to guarantee additional seating for additional guests the day of.  

The customer understands that a 50% deposit is due to hold the event. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before the event. The event will be canceled and the deposit forfeited if the final 50% is not paid on time. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the event is canceled under 30 days before the scheduled event date. The customer understands that this is an outdoor event and Propagate Social House does not have the indoor capacity to accommodate all guests and decor inside. Should the customer decide to cancel due to weather, NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANY PORTION OF THE EVENT. Customers and families understand this is an outdoor event and the presence of mosquitos and natural Florida wildlife should be expected and cannot be controlled by Propagate Social House.
