Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our April 20th Plant Market.

Please fill out the application to apply to the next event.


Date: Quarterly, On A Saturday. The next event will be on April 20th
Time: 9:30 am - 3 pm

Vendor Fees:
$100 - 10'x10' tent space (retail vendor)
$200 - 20'x10' tent space (retail vendor)
$50 - Food truck space
$60 - Shared 10'x'10 tent space for art/craft/jewelry vendors*

*If your items will not take up a whole 10x10 tent space, we can pair you with another small business to share tent space. It will be the business owners responsibility to provide the tent. Please let us know if there's a specific vendor you'd like to share a tent with.

Vendor Requirements

  • Vendor set up is between 7:30AM-9:15AM. Food vendors do not have to begin selling food until 10:30AM. Tents must be broken down by 4:30PM

  • Vendors are responsible for supplying their own 10x10 tent and tables.

  • All tents must be weighted (we would prefer you do not use stakes, please). For the safety of guests and other vendors, those who do not provide tent weights will not be permitted to set up their tent regardless of weather conditions.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing and cash transactions. Central Florida Plant Market and Propagate Social House will not provide vendors with cash/change for transactions. Please note: vendors are responsible for supplying their own wi-fi hotspot for processing card transactions.

Additional notes:

  • Electricity will not be provided. 

  • The event is rain or shine. Fees will not be refunded or credited due to vendor cancellations or inclement weather.

  • Vendors will be required to supply their own trash cans and remove trash at the end of the event. There is not a dumpster on-site.
